Overview
We only process personal data where this is necessary to operate this website, to schedule and hold meetings and to communicate with you. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, or advertising. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
Hosting
This website is provided by Vercel Inc., USA. When you visit it, Vercel processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer and browser information in order to deliver the website, run the server functions for booking and protect the website against misuse. These log data are only stored for a short time.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Vercel. Where data are transferred to the USA, this is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses. More information: vercel.com/legal/privacy-notice.
Fonts and content
Fonts, images and scripts on this website are served from our own hosting. Visiting the site does not create a connection to font providers or other third parties.
Booking a meeting
On the intro call page, you can book a meeting. Available times and the booking itself run through our server, which communicates with the scheduling service Cal.com, Inc., USA. Your browser does not connect to Cal.com directly.
When you book a meeting, we pass your details to Cal.com: name, email address, company, website, role, your description, your selection on where you stand with AI, any further notes, the chosen time and your time zone. Cal.com processes this data on our behalf, adds the meeting to our Google calendar and sends you a confirmation email. We use the details to prepare and hold the call. We need the fields marked as required to prepare the call properly. Without them, booking via the form is not possible, but you can reach us by email at any time.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses. More information: cal.com/privacy.
Video calls and email
For intro calls and further meetings we use Google Meet, and for email and calendar Google Workspace, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Ireland. If you join a video call, Google processes the data required for it, such as name, email address, IP address, device information and audio and video during the call. We do not record calls without your explicit consent.
The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in efficient communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Google. A transfer to the USA is possible and is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
Storage in your browser
In your browser's local storage we only remember whether you chose light or dark mode. This information never leaves your device. The legal basis is Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG, as the storage is required for the function you requested. Should we use an analytics tool in the future, we will ask for your consent first.
Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, we process your details to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about working together, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact cards and links
The contact cards of our managing directors offer contact details for download. The file is loaded directly from our hosting. Links to social networks and other services are plain links. Only when you click a link are you taken to the respective provider, who is responsible for its own data processing. Links marked as “affiliate link” are referral links: if someone signs up through them, we may receive a commission or benefit. This costs you nothing.
Recipients and transfers to third countries
Your data are only received by the service providers named above, who act on our behalf, and within our team by the people handling your request. We do not sell data or pass them on for advertising purposes. Transfers to the USA only go to providers certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or bound by EU standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We only store personal data for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. If no collaboration results from a booking or enquiry, we delete the data after two years at the latest. Statutory retention obligations, for example under commercial and tax law, remain unaffected.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. Please contact kontakt@mummentum.de.
Right to object: where we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany, lfd.niedersachsen.de.
