The company was founded by notarial deed on 5 October 2026 and is in formation. Registration in the commercial register at the Local Court of Braunschweig is being prepared. We will add the registration number once it has been issued.

We will add the VAT identification number pursuant to Section 27a of the German VAT Act once it has been issued.
